Warranty Program

H2O Paddles are warranted against breakage due to manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. Paddling can be a dangerous sport. Risk of serious injury or death can result from improper use of this product. Please seek professional instruction from a certified instructor prior to using this product. Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, Dynaplas Ltd., from any and all injuries, losses, or death resulting from the use of this product.
